I just submitted a ticket because I was not receiving notifications for our rescue's memorial donation forms. I have changed the email associated with this form to email@example.com because it appears that when I downloaded and installed Mozialla's email program, my att-associated accounts are not working. The notification now works if PayPal is not used to send a donation. However, if PayPal option gets checked and the form is redirected to Paypal upon submission, NO email notification is recieved. The email alert, even with the new address, is still labeled as "conditional."

On paypal forms, the emails are only sent after the payment is processed. If you submit a paypal form but do not complete the payment, it stays as a pending submission and you will not receive any emails.
