Missing entry in Google sheet

    An entry/submission is missing from our Google sheet.  It never populated.  How do I make sure I'm getting all my submissions?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Generally, the submissions shall be updated almost instantly when a submission received. I have now pushed the missing submissions to the spreadsheet. Please check and see if the new submissions are being updated normally. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
