I created a form to get a better feel for the site. Do I need to submit my own paypal info?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want your users to select product and make payment or make a donation in your form?

Please note that if you have added a PayPal payment tool in your form, you need to integrate it with your PayPal account where you want the payment to go. If you do not integrate your form with your PayPal account, users will not be able to make payment.
