Cancel subscription and refund $39

Hello

I have downgraded today from Bronze, but I would like a refund of the payment $39 processed yesterday please. It was made through PayPal n/o Simone Bates.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked the account and it is scheduled to downgrade to a Starter plan effective May 24, 2024. You have an autorenewal plan and the account was renewed on April 24, 2024, for $39. Since the last payment is covered under our 30-day Money Back Policy If for any reason you decide to cancel your account within 30 days of your payment, you will be issued a refund for the full amount. You can request your refund here. If you are having difficulty requesting for refund, let us know and we will forward the account to our Billing team.
