when the form is submitted, the client and sales rep get an email. if the client replys to that email, it goes to noreply@jotform.com and that gets forwarded to marketing@alliedmodular.com (my email to login). Is there a way have the reply to be the sales rep merge field?

Hi Michael,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add an email field as a reply to email in the Autoresponder, this can only be done in the Notification email. As a workaround, I would suggest adding the sales rep email directly in the reply to email, then sending the autoresponders conditionally. Here is an example:
First is to create the autoresponder then add the Sales Rep email as the reply to email:
Then add a change email recipient condition:
Where in, if the user responds to the autoresponder email, it will be sent directly to the email shown in the first screenshot.
