Log on troubles and registration link missing

    Hello,

    I signed on to my organizations jotform account and created a registration link, but now I am having issues logging on and the link is no longer working.

    Jotform

    Web address: https://mwdh2o.jotform.com

    Username: ghanson / EABMT@mwdh2o.com

    Password: MWDea1928!


    This is the missing form: Form is missing (jotform.com)

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry if you’re having trouble logging into your account and locating a form. I’ll do my best to help you out.

    I checked the domain of your Enterprise account and I am getting a message that the Enterprise server is no longer active. This is why you cannot log into your Enterprise account and the form cannot be accessed anymore.

    Please contact the Admin of the Enterprise server and let them know that you are having issues logging into the account and locating the form.
