I would like to modify the line that states:

    Previous address (if less
    than one year)

I would like it to look like this:

    Previous address
    (if less than one year)

This could be done by using your Form's Source Code and Editing it to achieve this effect.

    <li class="form-line" id="id_27"> <label class="form-label-left" id="label_27" for="input_27"> Previous address <br> (if less than one year) </label> <div id="cid_27" class="form-input"> <textarea id="input_27" class="form-textarea" name="q27_previousAddress27" cols="25" rows="4"></textarea> </div> </li>

An alternative thought on this though is to achieve a similar effect without more work would be for you to take your set of words that you provided in parenthasis via your configurations and move them into a Sub Label or Hover Text.

This fix only works if you are embedding the form onto a website where you can edit the html source code.

Is there any way to do it so it works with the form on jotform.com  that you send a link to in emails?
