Missing Conformation email

I entered an event on April 18 with Cascade Whippet Club for May 11 and 12 2024. I have not received a confirmation e-mail for my event registration. This is the page link after sending the application. https://submit.jotform.com/submit/240546421330142

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. It seems like you are referring to a form you have submitted for registration. Unfortunetly, we don't have access to the submissions made on the forms as they belong to different parties. We provide a form builder and different parties create forms for their needs. If you didn't get the confirmation email I suggest contacting the form owner and they will be able to assist you with your issue.
