Missing Form.

I created a form, I can access it, because it is in my computer history but I can not edit it. I also can not find it from by profile page here in Jotform

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking, I saw that the form was created from another account. The account has the username "Tessaro_Michelle" and is associated with the in**o@yo***ur.org email address. You may need to log in to the correct account to access the form and edit it.
