Why the email title start with "Re: "

Hi,

The title of email that I receive from Jotform starts with "Re: " and the sender email is "noreply@jotform.com" even I have changed the "Sender Name" at Notification 1 setting.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your email template and noticed that the subject starts with "Re:", which is why it appears in the email title. Let me show you how to fix that:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
4. Under Email Subject, remove the text Re:, then click on Save.
