How to remove JotForm branding?

    I have sign up for the 19 dollars plan which include NOT displaying your brand name. however when I post my page link for customers to fill out it showss your website underneath

    To remove the JotForm branding, please follow:

    1) Go to: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    2) Uncheck:
