Forms:Restore mode

    I see that forms go into "Restore Mode" if one does not log into one's account for some time. How frequently should I be logging in? Could you please re-activate my account? Thanks.

    Sure, I have activated your account. 

    Please make sure to login  from time to time to your account to prevent being flagged as dormant.
