I have a submission on one of my forms. I'm not seeing where the info is that's captured though? Where can I find it, see it? In this case I'm talking about the Indication Card Order form and the whole area on the form specific to what's is printed on the cards. All in seeing in the email notice and under submissions is the logo upload. Thank you for the help!

Hi Aimee,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It looks like the email being sent after form submission doesn't include all the fields on your form. If you want the email notification to include all of the form fields submitted, I'd suggest creating a new email notification. Here's how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, click on Add an Email.
4. Select Notification Email.
5. Click on the Recipients tab.
6. Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field. That's it. You're done.
Now, you'll get a Notification Email every time someone fills out your form that will include all of the form fields submitted.

thought it would capture the full form. How do I add them?

Thanks for getting back to us. Can you please provide specific fields that are not showing in the email. ? I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I've cleared your form cache. Can you please test your form to see if it makes any difference? If the issue persists, will you give us permission to do a test submission to see if we can replicate the issue? If the form is embedded on a website, please also share the web page link where the form is embedded.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this

originally created, it did not add on the additional lines below "To Be
Printed on Cards". I figured out how to customize that. Thank you!
