Approvers are unable to pending approvals on their inbox.

    Hi


    Many approvers are informing me that they are unable to see the forms that are pending with them for approval in their waiting for me tab.


    Would there be any specific reason for this to happen? Or is their any other way for them to make sure they do not have anything oending with them incase they miss the email?

    Hi Primes_Platform,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. I checked your form, and it appears that there are some pending approvals. you can reassign the approval on the Jotform Tables page in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Tables at the top of the page.
    • This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.
    • View the submission and scroll down to click on the Reassign button.
    • Enter the email address and click on Reassign button.

    Can you try telling them to check their email inboxes for the approval email? Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
