    Hi Charles,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can create an autoresponder email and manually add the Google Meet link so that anyone who submits your form will receive an email with the link included.

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Now, click on Add an Email.
    4. Then, select Autoresponder Email.
    5. Under Email content, you can remove the existing template and create a modified autoresponder with the link to Google Meet.
    6. Click on Save and you're done.

    Hi Charles,

Thanks for getting back to us. You can create multiple Autoresponder Emails, and use Conditional Logic to send the corresponding Autoresponder Email based on the form filler's select meeting room, and time. But first, I suggest you add an Email element to your form where form fillers can enter their email address, so that they automatically get the Autoresponder Email right after submitting the form. Let me walk you through setting that up:

    • In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element in the upper-left corner of the page.
    • Under Basic, drag and drop Email onto the form.

Next, let's create multiple Autoresponder Emails:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top par of the page.
    2. Go to Emails, and click on Add Email in the upper part of the page.
    3. Select Autoresponder Email, and enter the Google Meet link for Administration & Information first into the Email Content. You can then hyperlink it, and click OK.
    4. Click on Save. Click on Add Email.

You can do the same steps for the rest of the meeting rooms, and time slots.

Then, let's set up Conditional Logic:

    1. Still under Settings, go to Conditions and click on Add Condition.
    2. Select Change Email Recipient.
    3. Set up 6 separate conditions, similar to what's shown in the screenshot below.
    4. Click on Save after each set.

    Here's a screencast of how it's done:

You can do the same steps for the rest of the meeting rooms, and time slots. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
