    Accessing lightbox from address bar

    Asked by dropmycontract on October 26, 2012 at 04:08 PM

    Hello, on my homepage I have a lightbox that uses the following code:

    <script src="//max.jotfor.ms/min/g=feedback2" type="text/javascript">
    new JotformFeedback({
    formId:'22988776112262',
    base:'http://jotform.ca/',
    windowTitle:'In The Media',
    background:'#FFA500',
    fontColor:'#FFFFFF',
    type:false,
    height:500,
    width:700
    });
    </script>
    <a class="lightbox-22988776112262" style="cursor:pointer;color:blue;text-decoration:underline;"> <img src="images/global.png" alt="Global" width="100px" height="53px" align="middle"/></a>

    I'd like to be able to access my homepage, with the lightbox popped open from a url (that I will post on facebook)

    Is this possible? If not, what other options do I have.

    Hello,

    Does this site exemplify what you had in mind?

    If so, let me know and I'll lay out instructions for you.

    Thanks!

    Yes except I'd like my site in the backround so when they close the lightbox its on my homepage.

    Embed this code to your site instead: http://pastie.org/5120768

    Then, insert the following codes inside your site's body tags:

    onload="document.getElementById('lightbox-22988776112262').click()"

    so it becomes:

    <body onload="document.getElementById('lightbox-22988776112262').click()">

    Hope this helps!
