    i got suspended.I want to login to this website

    Hello Surys,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account from the backend and found that your account is suspended because you used the word Username and password under the sub label on the name field, which is against of  Jotform Terms of Use. 

    In order to reinitiate your account, it needs to be removed. If you allow us to do that, we would go ahead and do that for you and once that is done we will initiate your account.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
