i spend hours doing my form why is it suspended? please retrieve back my form as i need to use it. please help!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked the email address that you are using to contact us, I saw that it was connected to a guest account. If you are referring to a different account, please provide us with the email address connected to the suspended account, so we can check it.
Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

ok this is the email login callmarksolutions.my@gmail.com that i used to build the form. can you activate my account please.

Hi Neela,
Thanks for sharing the email address. The form on your account was collecting login credentials. I have deleted the offending field and activated your account. Collecting login credentials is phishing as per our Terms.

Girish thanks for the information on why my account got suspended. But I'm so suprise how come my form was collecting login credentials as I did not start using that form. Hence, I'm a funnel builder the form was design as an onboarding project form for my client. my course teacher also has a Jotform and I followed the same form as her. how come her form is approved? please advise.

Please share your course teacher's Jotform that you've referred to in your last response so that we could check what you're referring to.
