Hi again!
I just logged into my jotform account to (flowstaff), and looked in the shared forms, under the garvanjotform account and I can only see four jotforms and we had over 10 forms in this account. I'm pretty sure that no one deleted them and the forms are still active, I just can't see them which means I cannot edit them.
Would you be able to help me out with resolving this? I will also contact our admin for the jotform account to see if anything was changed.

It's most likely that the access to the forms was lifted from the form's owner, as far as I know we do not have any issues with shared forms currently, please kindly contact the account's owner and see if he/she can share you the forms again.

I contacted our admin and can now see all the forms.
