Hi there. In testing my form I saw that one item I selected wasn't adding to the total amount, then I realised its becasue I hadn't used the quantitity drop down.
The default is to display as 1 being preselected but that isn't being added to the total until re-capturing 1 in the drop down. I would like to edit the quantities to 0 - 10 so that even if someone only wants to purchase 1, they are forced to use the drop down to select "1".
Please advise on how I can do this?
We will also have a team leader order for an entire group on this form. Please advise how I need to display things for someone to be able to order 4 x small, 2 x medium, 1 x large for example?
As it is currently set up, someone could order multiples but only of the same size?
Thanks,
Bronwyn.

Hi Bronwyn,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having issues with the Product List quantity. Due to a recent change by our developers, starting at 0 is no longer an option in the product range to prevent the users submitting the form thinking they bought some products only to have them with 0 quantity. As for allowing customers to select multiple items with different sizes, that is possible using sub-products. Let me show you how to allow the users to select the same item in different sizes:
- Click on the Product List to highlight it then click the List icon.
- Hover your mouse on the Product then click the Pencil icon.
- Click on the Options tab.
- Hover your mouse on the Size then click the Pencil icon.
- Then enable Create Sub Products from Options.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
