Creating a PDF form is stuck on "Working".

    Hi there,

    I haven't been successful in creating a PDF form .  I get a 'Working' message for several minutes, and then nothing happens.  I have tried creating a clone of my form and removing all of the conditional logic in an effort to make my form easier to handle--no dice!

    The URL I attached is for my main form--i.e. with the conditional logic. I want a PDF for the purpose of submitting a copy for a research ethics review, so I'm not worried about the PDF fill function.

    Hello jesrackeat, 

    Unfortunately, I was able to reproduce the issue you reported, so I will escalate this to our developers for further checking. 

    Meanwhile, I recommend to disable all of your conditional statements on a cloned version and to perform an actual test submission. There are several options to get a pdf of it. You can download it via the Submissions page or to attach to Notification email.

    When downloading as pdf, you may want to include your hidden fields and headers. If so, please set the following options as shown:

    Thanks for the response! I am looking more for a PDF that represents a paper version of the questionnaire (with all text a participant will see displayed) than a record of a submission (with only the items the participant chose displayed).  Hope to see a solution soon!
