Can't import a form from web page-- "Form cannot be imported" message

Asked by rsommer on October 27, 2012 at 01:26 AM

Instructions on doing so were clear, so I set up the new account, logged in, and tried to import. With any of four forms, the message is:

    Form cannot be imported.

Nothing else. Only anomaly with source forms is that site isn't yet live and address of root for site is xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/siteownername.

    Hi,

If the issue is still happening until now, please let us know from what account would you like your form to be imported so I can do it for you. This is maybe a glitch, but please try to clear your page cache and cookies before doing this.

I hope this helps and please let us know if the issue do still persist so we can check and investigate further.

    Thanks

Is it the form from the website that you have provided? If yes, then can you please try to clone the said form again using this link: http://form.jotform.us/22980537963162

    Thank you.
