Account Inquiry: Can't Locate Forms

Good morning. I went into my Jotform app and cannot find my form or any of my submissions. What is going on?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and it seems that there are no forms under your account. Can you check for your forms on the Trash section, if you deleted them by accident you can restore by following these steps:

1. In the Jotform Mobile App, tap on All Forms on the top left side of the screen.

2. At the bottom of the screen, tap on Trash.

3. Tap on the form you want to restore.

4. In the list that comes up at the bottom of the screen, tap on Restore. That's it.

Now, your deleted form will be back in your Submissions List.
