Authorize.Net: Unable to view total amount due to the disabled products

    Payment form is not displaying the total amount owed when selecting multiple items to purchase. how can this be fixed?

    Our apologies, but unfortunately, disabled products cause this issue. We are aware of this problem and our payment team is working on it. I am escalating this thread to our developers either. Once we fix the issue, you will be informed via this support thread.

    Whilst our developers are working to fix it, I would like to recommend you to delete your disabled products if it is not a problem for you. This can be a temporary solution:

    Hello @kewsi,

    The issue should be fixed.

    Could you please try again to disable your products? This time you will be able to see the "Total" correctly on your form preview.
