Deleted submissions but the upload space usage did not update

Hi,

I been getting the message that I'm nearing upload space limit and have deleted old submissions and this hasn't changed the usage data. We only have 8 submissions stored and yet it says we have 47 submissions and 73 MB of files. I don't see where we can purge deleted forms to lower our upload space.
