Upgrade account with non-profit discount

Greetings. We have been using a free account for a few years, and would like to upgrade to a bronze account with the non-profit discount. Can we do that, or do we need to create a new account from the "non-profit" page?  If that is the case, can we transfer our forms to the new account? We do not want to loose our work, especially a report we have embedded in our website.
