How to add payment options to my jotform

Hello

All payment options are shaded gray and not allowing me to select any to add to my jotform page.

Please help. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that your form is already using the purchase order integration. This integration allows you to set up products or collect amounts with no payment vendor integration required. Please note that you can only connect one payment integration to your product field. It's easy to change the Payment method without deleting it. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Payment tab, click on the Three Dots icon next to the Payment method you used(Purchase Order) and click on Switch to Another Gateway.
3. Choose a payment method and click on Use Selection.

Now, you'll see the new payment method on your form.
