Notifications are not sent to email

    I have google apps for business set up and working.

    All of the forms I have created are not sending notifications either through the test email or by submitting the form. I am particularly interested in the first form i created, the others where troubleshoot attempts.

    I have used the sender name: JotForm and sender email: options as advised in other posts and nothing has changed.

    I have used a google apps email and jotforms without having to do any whitelisting of jotforms IPs and it has worked in the past. In fact  I have another account I manage that has no problems with notifications, so I dont know what is happening in this instance.

    Also, I have jotform in my secure sender list as well.

    Please look into this issue and let me know what else I can do.

    Your email address is in our bounce list and this is the reason:

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'#5.1.0 Address rejected.'

    Your form should be working fine by now as I remove your email address in our bounce list.
