I signed up under the marketing@sisbuilderins.com, but it I meant to sign-up under my email stephanie@strategicinsservices.com, which has a free account. I would prefer to have the paid account attached to that email. How can I change it?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To easily change your email address, you need to free up your email stephanie@strategicinsservices.com by updating it with another email address that is not associated with a Jotform account. Once done, you can use that email address to your paid subscription.
