Pricing for Non-Protit Annual Plans

My name is Allie Moroney, I am the Event Coordinator at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Keller, TX. I'm emailing to inquire about your services. Here are my questions: 

1. Is there a discount for an annual plan? 

2. How would I go about starting the non profit application? I'm trying to get an idea for how much your services would cost!

Is there a discount for an annual plan? 

Yes, there is a discount for the yearly or bi-yearly plans. You will see this information when upgrading your account. Here's an example:

How would I go about starting the nonprofit application? I'm trying to get an idea for how much your services would cost! 

We have an approval process for the non-profit discount. Please go to this page (https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing) and follow the instructions.

We'll review your application and upon approval, you will receive an email with the instructions on how to proceed.
