We are having some issues with our forms. I have built some application forms for our training schools. We are using embedded forms so that they use our domain. They are also secure forms. Lastly we are using the save and continue function, so our applicants have to register through a short form to receive a unique url.
The problem we are having is that the save and continue button is not working and won't progress further. I have tried the forms without using a full unique url and they work with being able to progress but this obviously does not give us the save feature.
I have noticed that at the bottom of the first page it also has the "back" button which shouldn't be there.
I have tried reloading the page and found the back button to disappear and I can then use the form as normal but not everyone will do this and this is obviously not an ideal way of fixing this issue.
Our original form can be found at
To register and try the form with the unique url you can go to http://ywamharpenden.org/apply/ and the select Discipleship Training School

I'm not sure if you deleted the previous form or started all over or not but it appears that may have not been doing this correctly because there's supposed to be a link that is embedded in your emails allowing your customers to be able to go back to it via that provided link that was generated in the notification to allow them to continue it. Please see this guide - http://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-to-Continue-Later and if you have further questions let us know.

I have set up the forms in this way. Our problem is that when the applicant uses the unique link that is embedded in the email the save and continue button does not work as explained above.

I see you've embedded your form on wordpress and this causes conflicts with the form. This is the main reason why required field checks and the next/back button doesn't function properly. I'd suggest to re-embed your form using JotForm WP-Plugin which can be found here http://www.jotform.com/help/174-Wordpress-Plugin. This should help.
Also, I'm not quite sure if the "save and continue later" feature works well on script embedded forms. I believed this works best on stand alone form, example: https://firstname.lastname@example.org
