Request for hCaptcha Whitelisting for New Jotform Account

    My college has created a new Jotform account to use to take attendance and check in employees using the forms.

    For he first time using this platform for forever, hCaptcha is engaging after a few users sign in from our kiosk.

    Can we have this for whitelisted, and all forms on this account whitelisted in advance?

    Hi scnlrchapel,

    Thank you for reaching out to us for help. We went ahead and whitelisted your account. Please note that the Captcha feature is not generated by Jotform unless manually added as a Basic element to your form. This is being added by Google as an extra layer of security for your account. If the forms are being submitted from the same IP Address frequently then that might lead to the Captcha showing up. Please note that the Captcha system decreases the likelihood of spam submissions being sent to your form.
