Hello, we are contacting you because we need help.
We have received two incomplete submissions with fields not completed in fields that are required/obligatory in order to be able to submit the form. https://www.jotform.com/form/232638042902048
We have checked and the fields are required. The missing answers in both cases belong to the fields: Upload a copy of your CV (Curriculum), in English and PDF format only and Upload a sample voice/audio of you speaking in English.
