When someone wants to go back after previewing their form to change their answer, the answers won't show up. The appointment slots won't reload so they can't change their answers. Live Chat said to contact you as they couldn't solve it.Page URL:

Unfortunately, we cannot provide an ETA about when this will be fixed, I can ticket is currently opened and assigned to someone on our second level, hopefully we will be updated soon.

It's now been a week. Is there an update yet? We really need this form up and running. If it isn't fixed it could it be raised up another level?
One thing we tried is going into the session widget’s properties (the settings gear) and adjust the Height to lengthen it to show all of the choices. When I got the form, the height on each one was set at 100. I changed that to 1200 so it would extend long enough to show everything. That may be what’s causing nothing to be visible on the back button but I’m not certain- it’s just a theory.
When I did that, I was able to hit the back button and see my selections; but the preview answers stopped working so that I completed the form and clicked preview answers and it didn’t show any of my selections (all sessions were blank).

I have cleared your forms cache and tested the form, but the issue persists, for example, this is what I see when clicking on the back button, the widget does not display properly:

Unfortunately, the issue is still opened and being worked by our developers, please note that this is our highest support level, I will ask for updated and will keep you updated here.

Yes, the "back" button issue is the problem. The "preview" issue only came when we tried a method of fixing the "back" button issue. Please let us know. Thanks.
