Donation form with Other that can be filled in by hand and recurring donations

Asked by byzcathcs on October 27, 2012 at 02:29 PM

I am making a website and would like to make a donation form like this (minus the credit card info)...

It has a donation form with "other" option that can be filled in by hand as well as bullets with specified amounts. It also has a recurring donation option. Is this possible with jotform?

Yes, you can do this. Please check this form.

As for the recurring donations, you may want to check the Stripe integration for the form too.

    Hope this help.

Please inform us if you have further inquiry.

That is just a sample form derived from the link you've shared with us. Regarding on setting up a donation, unfortunately, combining amount selection and a field to enter an amount is not possible with our payment tools.

How about creating multiple payment form, one form is for the amount selection and one form for the field to enter an amount?

Just my suggestion for possible workarounds.
