Trying to add clickable links to jot form

In the past I could add hyperlinks do different areas of my jot forms, but now I'm struggling to figure it out. One attached image demonstrates what I used to be able to do, and the image below shows where I need to be able to add hyperlinks. Any clarification would be appreciated.

At this time the HTML can be added only to the Hover Text section.
A Terms link can be added with a Terms & Conditions widget field.
