    Is Jotform Encryption FINRA Compliant?

    Hi!


    I am looking for a online form builder that is safe and FINRA compliant. Is Jotform FINRA compliant?

    I think that we have not worked on the FINRA compliance yet. In other words, officially we do not currently offer FINRA compliant services.

    Also, we now offer a HIPAA compliant service to our Gold plan and Enterprise clients.
