Clients are unable to upload new documents

    When sending the link to our clients so they can upload new PDF documents, the system continues to retain the older documents rather than uploading the newer ons.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The uploaded files should be what the user has selected and uploaded when they submit the form.

    So far I haven't experienced this kind of problem. 

    What is the link you're sending to your clients? Can you please let us know what it is so we can check?
