Auto populate 2nd form from 1st form's data

I have a lead form where a user can enter their contact info.

Upon submission of that form, the user is then redirected to another form where they have the option to submit a custom message. Is it possible to have their contact info on that second form be autopopulated into the next form so that I know who the second form comes from without having to force the user to enter their contact info again? I know I can just put everything on one form, but for reasons that are hard to explain over text, I can't get into why we want them to be two separate forms.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can auto-populate another form using another form's inputs. Let me show you how.

1. In your first form, in the orange navigation bar, click on Settings.

2. On the left side of the screen, click on Thank You Page.

3. Click on Action Buttons.

4. A pop-up will show. Click on Fill Another Form.

5. Choose your second form and click on Set Prefill.

6. Toggle On the Prefill Form Fields and you can now match the fields from Form 1 to Form 2. You can also add more matches by clicking on the Add More Fields button. When you're done, just click on Save.

7. Click on Create when you're satisfied with your configuration.

And that's it. When you submit Form 1, you will see a button on the Thank You page to redirect us to Form 2 and prefill the fields that we configured earlier. This is what it looks like:
