How to prevent the approver from editing the approval?

Hi, I want to disable the option to open the 'action required' email after the approver clicked inside approved or denied, if the approver clicked other option such as 'ask for more info' I don't want to disabile the approval flow.

How can i do it?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Take note that once the approver chooses an option in the email notification, they can no longer change it. The only way to change that is by restarting the approval process, and only the account owner can take such action on the approval process. Also, the approver can't see the other approvals on your form. They can only see the approval they've given, and the required approval assigned to them. Unfortunately, there is no way to prevent auto-redirection because that is the only way the system can see what the chosen option is in the email notification.
