Unable to pay in the form.

I have linked jotform in my website but the payment options that are available in Joforms are not working for me so I am trying to have a link back to godaddy payment options once the Jotform is completed. The data element is not giving me an option for link

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I apologize for the confusion on your question. If you are asking why the Payments are not working, it is because you need to log in to your account in the selected Payment Processor first. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Payment field, and click on the Wand icon.
2. Next, click on the Connect click button.
3. Keep in mind that your selected Payment Processor requires you to connect via Stripe, so you need to log in using your Stripe credentials.
4. Finally, click on the Continue button at the bottom.

The Jotform payment options are giving me hard time to setup and instead of using what Jotform offers, thus at the end of the form I want to have something to take me back to GoDaddy's payment options.

Thanks for getting back to us. To confirm, are you trying to redirect your users to your website after they submit the form? If so, you can easily do that by manipulating the Thank You Page. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu, and click on Thank You Page from the left panel menu.
2. Then, select Redirect Users to an External Link after Submission.
3. Finally, enter the link to your website where the Payment is.
