How to pre populate address from driving distance calculator?

I am using this widget and have a question. 

Under it's 'properties'  -  'field details'  it has a unique name which states

the field can be used to pre-populate fields from URL and to pass data to another form automatically.

How do I pass the two addresses in the widget to another form automatically?

As far as I understood, you want to get addresses which were entered into Driving distance field.

Unfortunately, this widget is resulting only calculated numbers, so it is not possible to prepopulate values on framed widgets like the one you are using - Driving Distance Widget. I'm afraid there's no way to achieve this at the moment.
