My log in info was changed.

    I moved from AZ to FL and my account log in is not working. I have submitted for a reset but there is no email coming through.

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this is happening. I checked the status of the email you're currently using, and it seems like you are using a Guest account. Please note that Guest accounts only allows for one-time login, you cannot change the password for this account. You must first register for a Starter account. But don't worry, you can continue to use the email address you used to create your guest account. But, if you're referring to another account please provide us the email or the username so we can check it and see what's happening.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
