Hello,
I sent out a survey where I have received responses. I didn't know this at the time but it says the Form was encrypted and is now asking for an "Access Key." When I disable the encryption on the form, the submissions are just a bunch of mangled words. I need to be able to access what responses were submitted. Unfortunately, no one in our organization knows anything about an Access Key. Please advise.
I can be reached at mcerrezuela@adamhfranklin.org.
Thanks.

Hi adamhfranklin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To disable encryption on a specific form, you can do that through the Form Settings. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click Settings.
2. Choose Form Settings and on Encrypt form data change the status to No.
3. Then click Save Changes.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
