What plan is allowed to set up Multiple Emails for Auto Responder?

    Hello,

    I would like to be able to add a condition where an email is sent to to a specific employee based upon the answer to a question. When I tried to set this up I received a message that I had to upgrade my account. Why tiered plan would allow for multiple emails? I do not see this as a listed feature on the tiers pricing information.

    Hi Stefanie,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. For Starter accounts, you can only add one notification email template with one recipient. For paid accounts, we recommend only 10 recipient emails per notification email. You need to create a new notification if you wish to send it to more than 10 emails.

    As for autoresponder emails, you can add as many Autoresponder Emails as you can in the form as long as you are in a paid plan. But for the Starter plan, there is a limit of 5 Autoresponder Emails only per form.

    You can subscribe to the Bronze plan to be able to set up multiple notification emails. Please see our pricing page for more information on the plans we offer along with its features.
