How to restore deleted form in Jotform Mobile App?

Hi, I accidentally deleted my bridal contract. Is there a way that you guys can restore my form? I cannot seem to do it on the mobile app and won’t be near a computer anytime soon thank you so much.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's really easy to restore deleted forms in the Jotform Mobile App. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In the Jotform Mobile App, click on All Forms on the left side of the page.

2. In the menu on the bottom left, click on Trash.

3. Select your deleted form by clicking on it and click on Restore at the bottom.
