Forms: upload limit

This is my 3rd inquiry to try to solve this problem.  Is anyone out there?

I keep getting this error blocking my forms.  I only have 4 forms and 281 entries.  Should be more than enough to keep the free account.  Currently paying for the $5 storage space but I shouldn't even need that.  

Here's the error I receive.

You're out of upload space limit. 

I have checked the threads you have created and my colleagues has responded to all of them.

Checked your account and it seems you have already upgraded your account to Bronze.

Your previous issue was that you have exceeded your upload limit of 100mb, that is why the upload space limit occurred.
