Endless "Please Wait" Upon Submitting

    Hello,

    Once I fill out the form and hit submit, it continuously spins and says "please wait." Can someone please check my settings and conditions and see if something might be prohibiting the form from finalizing?

    Also, when we check the box "pay by check" the calculation box is supposed to be "0."

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I'll do my best to help you. I've checked out your form for 2024 Vacation Bible School Registration. You are using PayPal Pro. Can you please disconnect your integration and connect it again? It will refresh the connection.

    For the check option, the calculation is not showing 0. For that, I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

    Hi Gaud,

    I don't know how to disconnect the PayPal integration and reconnect. I cloned this form from a previous year and someone else set those up. Can you walk me through how to do it, please? Thank you, Betsey

    Now I think I have messed it up. PayPal Pro is now muted out and not an option for me to reconnect to.

    Hi Betsey,

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I can show you how you can connect again with your PayPal account. Recently, when I cloned your 2024 Vacation Bible School Registration form, it seems you have made changes and added PayPal Business integration. Let me show you how you can disconnect and re-connect it.

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on the magic wand icon for the My Product element. Endless Please Wait Upon Submitting Image 1 Screenshot 70
    2. Click on the Blue Connect button from the right side of the panel under the PayPal Business integration. Endless Please Wait Upon Submitting Image 2 Screenshot 81
    3. A new pop-up window will open where you need to enter your PayPal Business account's credentials.
    4. Enter it and it will connect automatically. Click on the Continue button. That's it.

    For your other question on how you can get the 0 in the calculation (Form Calculator Widget). You need to make some adjustments to this condition, as shown in the screenshot below:

    Hello,

    I am sorry, but your instructions above are very hard to follow. I just need to know which ones to update and I can't figure that out but what you have put above. Also, the screen sharing moves way too fast to follow and it won't allow me to pause it so that I can read what is there. Can you please update my form for me?

    Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your form and I see that it is already connected to your PayPal Business. As for the condition that was instructed by my colleague, I added it to your form, can you test it now?

    Hi,

    When I choose "pay by check," it is still showing a number total other than zero.

    Okay, I just tried the form again. The calculation at the end was zero so that part is fixed. PayPal part is fixed. Now back to my original issue - when I hit "submit form" it spins and spins and spins and continuously says "please wat." I never get the "Thank you. Your submission has been received." Is there a reason why this keeps happening?
