Hi. The Paypal Business account I'm trying to connect uses a Username not an email for a login. I am able to login to Paypal.com directly with that username with no trouble. When I try to connect the Paypal Business account to my Jotform, it will only accept an email. It will not accept a username.
When I try to login with the email associated with the account, I get this
Do you know of a work around to use the username or why it's saying this?
