I am trying to set up my coupon but it's not working at all. I've been trying to restart, refresh, publish, delete, redo ecc many times but nothing worked. Please help, I need to start receiving my payment through form ASAP

Hello Marijo - Is this the form you're currently working on?
I managed to see the problem on that form, along with cloned copies of it. It seems to be caused by the disabled product on your payment field (named OPEN CARD). As soon as I enabled that product, the coupon feature started working as intended.
If you don't want that product enabled, then delete it for the time being so you can start configuring your coupons.
I also escalated this to our Developers and although I won't be able to give you any timeframe, rest assured, we'll keep you apprised on this same thread when there's an update. Thanks for reporting this to us.
